However, the attitude of the lady at the front desk who checked us in was not good. I hope they can improve their service attitude.

酒店無故扣掉我們按金250刀，説我們導致廚房發黑，圖片是酒店提供的照片，視頻是我們入住時候拍攝的，可以清楚看到牆面當時已經發黑了，還好我們入住拍了視頻，隔了十來天我們才看到酒店郵件，按金已經扣掉了，現在和酒店交涉中。酒店交房時候就有的問題亂扣帽子給我們，沒有入住視頻根本就説不清了，大家千萬小心。退房後還扣了5刀餐具清潔費，事先也沒有説明。
